From another point, notice the 3rd one over has the plexiglas jig. Soon to follow sometime in spring of 1999 there will be more pictures of how the capacitors are made. I am now in the process of rebuilding them from 1998 springs test. The plexiglas plates seem to be thick enough for the voltage but the aluminum is too close to the edges when they are folded at 8 - 1/8" so now I will try 7". The aluminum was 3/4" away from all sides of the plexiglas it will now be 1-1/2" away.
