Work Information
I'm a staff accountant/tax preparer and have been with the same company for 25 years.
I'm chiefly responsible for the entire Network system in our office.
Current Projects
I've been researching my family's history for about 35 years. It is because of this that I acquired my computer 6 years ago. Since the addition of a computer, access to the internet has brought the number of individuals in my database is nearing 7,000! My latest project is photographing headstones in cemeteries. I've just about completed the Nebraska cemeteries and have acquired several photographs from other researchers in other states.
Biographical Information
I married Jerry nearly 9 years ago. This was a second marriage for the both of us. We are a his-mine-ours family. I have a 24 year old step-son, Jeremy; 23 year old daughter, Sarah; 20 year old son, Matthew; and an 8 year old son, Jordan. I've lived in Lincoln, Nebraska for 35 years. We have a Golden Retriever, Molly, and a calico cat that rules the roost -- Patches.
Personal Interests
I enjoy my time on the computer...... not only doing my genealogy research, but emailing with my friends, chatting with friends and family via the internet. I also enjoy camping with my family. We acquired a new 97 Jayco Hawk TT a few year ago and have been having a great time camping with family and friends.
