Located in the West Turkey hunting unit in North Central Nebraska we have over 5,000 privately owned and managed acres of pasture, irrigated crop land and pine covered canyons. This is turkey country and 2 Merriam turkeys can be harvested in our unlimited West hunting unit.

Spring Turkey Seasons - Nebraska

Archery ---- March 25 - May 23 These dates are guidelines only
Shotgun ---- April 17 - May 23

Bag Limit - One male or bearded female turkey

Application opens - March 9 for Archery & Shotgun (non-resident)\

License Fee - $65.00 (Nebraska non-resident permit) plus $13.00 habitat stamp

Package Cost - $500.00 per gun for 2 day hunt or $800.00 for 5 day hunt

Fall Turkey Seasons - Nebraska

Archery ---- October 1 - November 10 These dates are guidelines only
Shotgun ---- October 21 - November 10

Bag Limit - One turkey either sex

Application opens - September 14 for Archery & Shotgun

License Fee - Same as spring

In the West Turkey Hunting Unit, there is an unlimited number of permits issued. Two permits can be obtained.
