<p>(FCI)Farabee Construction Incorporated has a large number of
dual fuel and diesel engine/generator sets in inventory, of
various manufacturers and configuration, totaling over 28 MW.</p>

<p>FCI's historical background is almost exclusively devoted to
serving power plants in a broad variety of functions. We are
confident in installing new capacity, upgrading systems and
providing service and maintenance contracts on all the mechanical
aspects of electrical power generation. We also have a
substantial inventory of spare parts and assemblies for heavy
duty base load units.</p>
