Estate of Jacob Yoachum, Sr., Taney Co. Notice is hereby
given that the undersigned has obtained from the clerk of
the county court of Taney county, letters of
administration on the estate of Jacob Yoachum, senr.,
dec'd, bearing date the 4th day of November 1845. That
all persons indebted to said estate are requested to make
immediate payment, and those having claims against said
estate are requested to present them duly authenticated
for payment within twelve months from the date of said
letters or they may be precluded from having any benefit
of said estate, and if not presented within three years
from the date of said letters, they will be forever
barred.
