From May 10 to May 29, 2000, Jeff and Ingrid took a vacation to France, England, and Germany. We spent about 6 days visiting a friend in Rennes (Brittany -- north-west France) and did day trips from there. Then we took the Eurostar train under the Channel to London and spent time with Ingrid's Aussie friends. The German part began in Dresden, where most of Ingrid's relatives live--we saw almost everyone. The trip ended in Frankfurt where we visited another friend, and took a side trip to Trier.
