About Me
My name is Michelle Crom and this is my personal website. Let
me give you a little history about
myself.
I
am
30
years old.
I
am not married and have no children, except
for my pets. In September of 2003, I purchased a house on 2
acres and am in the process of remodeling it still. I work full time as
a purchaser for a Hastings Nebraska Veterinary Distribution company. I
also have a degree in computer programming,Veterinary Technology(vet
assistant), and in Web Page design. I would like to try
to do web page design part time in the future.

My Critters
My pets include Fallon, my black lab mix dog who came from the
pound, several cats, and my pet steer named "Junior". My
3-legged dog Bailey finally lost her battle with cancer and I had
to put her to sleep last October. Fallon
has been a wonderful new companion. She is
very loving, just like Bailey was. She is so full of energy, and just loves
to run. Sometimes I think that she is part greyhound. Junior just keeps on
growing, but now I have learned how to work with him. You just have to know
his weakness(just like men). Juniors weakness is for his molasses sweet mix
grain. He will follow me anywhere when I have that bucket of sweet mix. I
just have to watch out that he doesn't knock me over and steal the bucket
away from me.
Current Events
Things are going great.
Getting a little done every week with my house. Recently I had a semi-pro handyman
come in and he fixed the framing around some windows for me and then hung some
sheetrock and took out my old stairs and put in some nice new stairs. I would
put some pictures of all this on the picture page, but my digital camera recently
took a big pooh on me. So now I am going to be doing lots of painting soon.
Also, two weeks ago I had my regulary handymen come and I rented a chainsaw
ans we cut down 6 trees around the house/building and got them hauled off to
the pit. I am still writing to my soldier in Iraq. The poor guy probably has
a hell of
a
time with
my letters.
I sort of treat
him like a diary. I write and just tell him everything that is going on. He
has never written back but I write faithfully every week. I still don't have
a guy right now and that's okay with me. I sometimes think that they
are not worth the trouble. I just have a handyman for hire and that works well
for me.
My parents have been having lots of trouble lately. Their nephew Derek stole
my fathers entire collection of 50 state quarters. All I had to do was go the
the local bars less than 4 blocks from the house to find out who had been spending
lots of money with quarters. One bar owner ever had an entire roll with my
fathers handwriting on it saying what state it was. Needless to say, my cousin
Robin, Dereks mom, wants to just die. Dad doesn't even want to continue the
collection anymore. But we'll just see.
