M.B.F. enables the church-at-large to respond to the needs of medical mission projects and medical missionaries outside of the United States. M.B.F. has been organized for thirty-three(33) years and brings help and hope to thirty-six(36) third world countries. M.B.F. recruits medical nursing and other volunteers to the medical mission field for short term service. It established priorities for finding programs and needs with the Presbyterian Church(USA) and local congregations. They solicit supplies, materials and equipment where needed for medical mission work. This ministry of ecumenical partnership in mission is a ministry to all the world and demonstrates oneness of spirit and purpose for the common task of medical mission.
