I adopted Gita from the Capital Humane Society in September 1996.
She was an adorable puppy, though her ears never did stand up.
She went through several classes with the

Greater Lincoln Obedience Club
and earned her UKC CD in March of 1998.
She began Agility after that and earned her UAGI, UAGII and UACH.
I went back to Obedience and she earned her ASCA CD and her UCDX.
Not too long ago I applied for her ILP with the AKC and Gita
earned her CD in  three straight shows.
Gita only earned one AKC CDX leg, but earned two of her UKC UD legs.
We earned her NAP in October just two weeks before she passed away.  She earned her FD the very weekend before she died.
Gita was diagnosed with a liver tumor on Tuesday, October 18th.  She left us the next morning.  A friend and employee of the veterinarian said she visited Gita early and she was fine, breathing a little heavy.  When she went back to check on Gita just a little while later she was gone.
Rest in Peace Goo-girl!
I'll love you always.
