Interviews are conducted via telephone, by appointment.
The benefits of using telephone interviews include:
· A large number of people from different locations can be interviewed economically.
· The interviewer can ask additional, probing questions to clarify responses.
· It is convenient for the respondent.
· Telephone interviews allow for a faster turn around of data and reporting than in-person appointments can provide, particularly when the persons interviewed are from a wide geographic area.
