1) God loves you.
2) God has a plan for your life.
3) God has paid the price for your participation in His plan.
4) God will provide all your needs.
5) God will keep EVERY promise He's ever made.
6) Heaven and Hell are very real places.
7) The Bible is the Living Word of God, and it's prophecies are 100% true.
8) Jesus is the only-begotten Son of God, the Messiah.
9) Jesus was crucified, dead, buried, and was resurrected from the dead.
10) Jesus will return soon for His Church in an event called 'The Rapture'.
11) Those who reject Christ are doomed to Hell, but those who call upon His Name will be saved.
12) Satan (Lucifer, the Devil) is very real and he opposes God and His plan.
13) Angels are very real. Fallen angels are called Demons. They are also very real.
14) You will make a choice to serve God, or you will reject God and will serve Satan.
15) There will soon be a 7-year time called the Tribulation, during which there will be great suffering at the hands of the Antichrist.
16) After the Tribulation, there will be an actual 1000-year reign of Christ on Earth.
17) The Holy Spirit (of God) is active in the world today, convicting men of sin.
The list of truth doesn't end here, of course. Accepting Christ, and becoming whole again is only the first step in a walk which will take you through Eternity. 6000 years of human history are very nearly at an end, as God's prophetic timetable winds down. Time is very short, and the spiritual battle in the world will become more intense. Accept Christ before it is too late! Find a church where the Word of God is being preached, and find fellowship with other believers who lift up the name of Jesus. Jesus is the Key!
John 14:6 Jesus said: "I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life: No man cometh unto the Father, but by Me."
I believe that the Holy Spirit has prompted me to write these words during the middle of the night. I am not trying to 'Save the World'. That is God's job. But if the words that I write, and post on the intensely wicked Internet, will help to save even ONE soul, then it will be to God's glory and honor!
I don't know any perfect Christians, but I know a lot of FORGIVEN ones. As long as we live in a sinful and corrupt world, perfection is denied to us. But when He appears, we will be like Him. I choose to believe in God's promises. I don't worry about what he will do with sinners who lived before Jesus, and I don't worry about why babies die, and why people starve along the Ganges River. I trust God, and that's what I plead with you to do. Pray right now, confess your sin, and ask Him to come into your heart, be the Lord of your life, forgive your sin, and to cleanse you from all unrighteousness.
I John 1:9 "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."
After accepting Christ as your personal Saviour, God will begin to make changes in you. He created you, and understands you perfectly, knowing everything about you. There is no hiding from God. Fortunately, as our loving Father, He will equip us, and guide us, and sustain us through the change process as only He can. His love for us is a perfect love.
John 3:16-21 "For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved. He that believeth on Him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. And this is the condemnation, that Light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than Light, because their deeds were evil. For every one that doeth evil hateth the Light, neither cometh to the Light, lest his deeds should be reproved. But he that doeth truth cometh to the Light, that his deeds may be manifest, that they are wrought in God."
