The Plains Trading Company is located in Valentine, Nebraska, deep in the Heart of the Sandhills. We offer a variety of books as most bookstores do, but we specialize in books about the Great Plains Region, including the Sandhills area, as well as books written by authors from the great state of Nebraska.

Our commercial web site, currently under construction, includes information about our company, specialty and featured books that we offer, as well as ordering information and current prices. In addition to offering books about the Great Plains Region, we will be offering select "out of print" and "limited quantity" books.
