Religious Instruction
CATHOLIC
SCHOOLS: St. Mary’s
Parish pays tuition fees for our students enrolled in elementary & secondary
Catholic schools. CCD
CLASSES: For public
school children in grades 1 – 6: Wednesdays
during school year from 5:30 – 7:00 p.m. Classes are
held in classrooms of St. Mary’s Church. GOD
TEEN CLASSES: For all
students in grades 7 – 12: Wednesdays
during school year from 7:00 – 8:30 p.m. Classes are
held in the homes of God Parent teaching ouples, Among teen
activities is the annual ski trip to Colorado, bi-annual clean-up of the local
highway, assisting with church
decorations for Christmas and singing Christmas carols for the homebound. SUMMER
SCHOOL OF RELIGION: Conducted by
the School Sisters of Christ the King in June. ADULT
RELIGIOUS EDUCATION: RCIA classes
for adults arranged between candidates and pastor. Periodic
instructional classes or presentations during the year. |
