Florida Probate Specifics
We are licensed by FLSSI (Florida Lawyer's Support Services, Inc) so you
can be assured that the forms you use are the "official" Florida
Probate forms and are the most current.
We allow you to print the completed Preliminary Notice Form (DR-201).
Printing directly to a laser printer allows you to print the documents
with the FLSSI logo in the bottom right corner of the forms (as are on the
pre-printed forms).
Special pricing when you purchase the Florida Probate and <Florida

Forms revised annually for a low annual fee.
Georgia Probate Specifics
The Georgia Probate Software includes the Guardianship forms.
Kansas Probate Specifics
The Kansas Probate Software includes the Guardianship forms (in blank format),
Letters and Checklists.
The Probate Software links with the Kansas Inheritance Tax software so
that you do not have to re-enter information (decedent information, asset
information) for the Inheritance Tax software.
