Panama driveway vandalized

On June 9, a Panama man reported that his cement driveway on Locust had been damaged. It appeared that sometime within the last four days, unknown persons chipped out small pieces of the driveway with a blunt object like a hammer. Upon investigation, 20 spots were found to have been chipped, causing about $400 in damage. There are currently no suspects.
