The Local Non-Commisionable Black &
White Rate
is $7.50 per column inch*.
The Local Non-Commissionable Color (Black +
One Color) Rate
is $9.50 per column inch*.
Ink color may be requested ten (10) days in advance and
is at publisher's discretion.
If no color is requested regularly offered color will be used such as red, green or blue.
Due to visibility issues, Yellow is not recommended and only
permitted in special situations.
The Local Non-Commissionable Process Color
(Full Color) Rate
is $11.50 per column inch*.

Proofs are provided by fax or e-mail upon request with 24 hour advance notice. The
VOICE News will accept responsibility and give credit for errors when ad copy differs from
rough copy when proof is provided. Our track record is exceptionally good and every
attempt will be made to avoid errors and satisfy our customers. The VOICE News
reserves the right to revise or reject any advertisement at their discretion and/or
require pre-payment for any ad.The publishers of the VOICE News shall not be liable for
slight changes or typographical errors that do not lessen the value of an
advertisement. The publishers' liability for other errors or omissions, in
connection with an advertisement, is strictly limited to publication of the advertisement
in any subsequent issue. The advertiser and/or advertising agency agrees to defend
and indemnify the publishers against any and all liability, loss or expenses arising from
claims of libel, unfair competition, unfair trade practices, infringement of trademarks,
copyrights, trade name, patents or proprietary rights or violations of rights of privacy
resulting from the publication of the advertiser's advertisement. |
